Information Clinic: May 15-18, 2019
Registration for the 2019 Information Clinic is now open!
In 2005, Crystal Peaks held its first annual Information Clinic. This venue was designed to assist others who were interested in starting or serving in a similar ranch or ministry. As a result of these clinics, we are thrilled to announce that over 200 new facilities are now in existence to serve children and families across the United States, Canada and abroad.
The Crystal Peaks Information Clinic is not only a time for individuals to learn the nuts and bolts of how to create a similar program, but it is also an opportunity for great challenge and encouragement. Participants are able to meet with like-minded folks from across the nation and beyond. By doing so, great bonds of support are forged and many ideas, obstacles
Because our program's effectiveness is based on the genuine hope found only in Christ, this message is central to each clinic.
We cover the most relevant topics for those starting and maintaining a similar ministry. Some of these topics include:
- Child & Horse Safety
- Communicating with Kids
- Basic Natural Horsemanship
- Equine Herd Management
- Daily Infrastructure
- Staff & Volunteer Programming
- Obtaining a 501(c)(3)
- Legalities of non-profits
Many of the sessions are a lecture/Q&A format, while other sessions will be observation-based. Because of the long, information-packed days, we ask that participants be at least 18 years of age. Rare exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Similar Ministries Manager. Click here to see the sample schedule.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost of the clinic includes all meals during the duration of the event. Payment is required in full to reserve your spot. The price of the clinic will be $375 per person.
The first 10 registrations before February 7th will receive a $50 early bird discount off of their registration fee.
Registrations received after April 15 will be charged a $50 late fee to cover the extra administrative work required to process registrations so close to the event.
Please understand before registering: $100 of the registration fee per participant is non-refundable once your reservation has been confirmed. For example, if you register 3 people and call to cancel, $300 is non-refundable.
*Note: 30 days prior to the event, on April 15, the full amount is non-refundable.*

*Please do not place airline, car rental or hotel reservations until you have completed the registration and a registration confirmation email has been received. These costs are not included in the Information Clinic registration fee and will need to be covered by each participant separately.*
