Thank you for submitting your request for sessions! We appreciate your patience as it may take a week or two to contact you post scheduling day.

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes at the email address you provided on your scheduling request. If you do not receive this email, please call our office at 541-330-0123 to leave a scheduling request voicemail or try re-submitting the form. We don't mind receiving duplicate requests from you to make sure we received your request.

If you have not yet filled out a liability release form for this year, please click here to fill out and sign an electronic copy. This is an easy way to make your check-in-process at the Ranch more efficient. 

Please note: This release form must be completed once per calendar year. ​In addition, those under 18 ​must have this form completed and signed by their legal parent/guardian, even if the child is not riding or participating in sessions.

Also, if you have any information (current situation, struggles, etc.) you would like to pass along to the Scheduling Team or your child(ren)'s session leader, you can use this online form.​
