Refuge Fellowship

Refuge Fellowship

9/10/2019 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble” Psalm 46:1

When the storms of this life seem like a long dark tunnel we cannot escape . . . Jesus is our stronghold . . . our light IN the tunnel . . . He is our Refuge.

Our ranch gathering, Refuge, is a place to come together and fellowship with the beloved, worship the King and hear simple messages of hope from God’s word. Folks can begin arriving at 5:30 pm and a catered/potluck meal is served at 6 pm for all who come. In Acts 2:42 we read of how the very first church gathered over a meal and then entered into a time of worship and praise. “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer”.

The Refuge gathering is open to everyone. We gather as a ‘family’. There is no separate youth group or children’s church as we hold dear a core value that the family should worship together. Our children need to see Jesus in us. We encourage you to come a little early as the buildings chairs and couches fill up quickly. Bring a potluck meal or dessert to share if you can. Be prepared to raise the roof in worship as we, together, bring a sacrifice of praise to our coming King!

Until we see Him face to face,
Troy
