Horses in Need of a New Home
There are times when we see that members of our equine family would be better served by being placed in a new home.
Here at Crystal Peaks, there are times when it becomes apparent that members of our equine family would be better served by being placed in a new home. The reasons are unique to each horse. At times they might require a quieter life or a single rider instead of hundreds. Or the horse may need to be ridden a few times a week instead of several times a day. No matter the reason, it is always difficult to part with our precious friends. However, placing these horses in new homes creates more available space to rescue horses that might be in harm’s way.
Because we feel a deep sense of responsibility for each individual in our herd, we strive to find the best possible placement for each.
