HORSE RESCUE AND DONATION

HORSE DONATION & RESCUE
Though we are limited in the number of animals we can manage at this time, if you know of a potential horse rescue situation in the Central Oregon area, or have a horse to donate, click here to fill out an informational form

Finding a Home for Your Horse
At this time, CPYR is unable to adopt any additional equines.  Our 9 acre property limits the number of horses we can keep, and we reserve our few available spaces for emergency rescue situations.

However, we would be more than happy to send your information to an equine email list we have created.  It is made up of people who may be looking to adopt a horse.  This list primarily includes people who have attended an Information Clinic or have started a Similar Ministry.

Please fill out the form (click the link above) to give us the necessary information.  (NOTE: All of this information, including your contact information, will be emailed to equine email list*.)

Elderly Horses
For those of you with elderly horses who have expended their youth serving, we strongly encourage you to love them through the end by keeping them. If you are considering getting a new horse and do not have the funds to support two animals, we recommend waiting to acquire a new horse until you have found a healthy, safe, and happy home for your retired equine.

*Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch, its staff, board of directors and founders are in no way affiliated with the list of ranches and individuals. We have, through Informational Clinics and/or consultation, offered assistance to each but are not responsible for their facilities, programming and/or rescue operations. Please evaluate each as a separate ministry/entity for use either as a visitor, participant, volunteer and/or donor.
