Kim and Troy Meeder - Founder and Co-Founder
Since its inception in 1995, Troy and Kim have been the backbone of Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch. Together they have over 40 years combined experience reaching both children and horses that have known abuse and neglect. Troy and Kim continually pour out their lives to the many that are a part of Crystal Peaks.
Board Members
Shawn Clark - President
Doctor Clark has served as a board member and recently accepted the position of president. He is a senior partner at the Redmond Veterinary Clinic, and is instrumental in the provision of quality care to our equine family. His continued direction in veterinary matters has been priceless.
Eric Close - Board Member
Since the beginning, Eric has been involved in Crystal Peaks. His leadership, financial commitment, and friendship is a blessing to us all, and his background as a business leader, actor and father make him an asset to our Board of Directors. He is currently involved as a lead character in the TV series "Without a Trace". Eric, his wife Keri and their two girls Ella and Katie are a blessing to everyone here at the ranch.
Randy Miller - Board Member
Randy is a long time friend to Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch and its founders Troy and Kim. Randy is an attorney with the large Pacific Northwest law firm, Schwabe, Williamson and Wyatt. Prior to becoming an attorney, Randy worked as a police officer, an Internal Auditor with Les Schwab Tire Company, and served as a U.S. Marine from 1989-1995. We are proud to have a Randy, his wife of 17 years and two beautiful daughters here at the Ranch.
